He studies the points where law, economics and public institutions meet—and the human consequences that follow. His debut book, The Silent Ledger: The Human Cost of Economic Decisions, examines the narratives and structures that make economic arrangements appear natural or inevitable. Across his writing, research and public conversations, Peter asks who benefits from a system, who absorbs its costs and how power is made visible. His broader two-year initiative brings together more than 150 documents across 17 structured categories, creating a disciplined body of work around institutions, incentives, public policy and lived experience.

Peter is the author of The Silent Ledger: The Human Cost of Economic Decisions, published in 2025. The book examines the narratives that make economic arrangements appear normal, stable or inevitable. It traces the ways policy, media and financial structures can shape perception, narrow autonomy and distribute risk away from powerful institutions and towards ordinary people. Rather than treating economics as a remote technical discipline, Peter writes about it as a human system with visible consequences.

His wider research practice is organised as a two-year initiative containing more than 150 documents across 17 structured categories. The project brings legal reasoning, political economy and close attention to lived experience into one evolving body of work. Through essays, studio conversations and public analysis, Peter aims to make complex systems legible without reducing their complexity—and to create language for choices that are too often presented as unavoidable.
